Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Chinese chives
- 2eggs
- Shredded pork
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons soy sauce
Instructions:
- Rinse the chives and shake off the extra water
- Remove hard ends and chop into bite-size
- Beat eggs into the bowl and mixed with 1 teaspoon of salt
- Heat the wok over medium heat and add 2tablespoons oil
- Add shredded pork and stir-fry then put into the plate to mix with other ingredients later
- Add chives and stir-fry briefly
- Add eggs to mix with chives
- Keep stir-frying until eggs cooked
- Add cooked shredded pork into the wok and stir-fry together
- Reduce heat and gently put it into the plate
