Ingredients:
- Beef (eye fillet)
- Broccoli
- Sliced garlic
- 2 teaspoons cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
- ¼ teaspoons baking soda
- 3tablespoons water
Instructions:
- Add sliced beef into a bowl, put ¼ baking soda, 3tablespoons water, 1teaspoon oyster sauce, massage the beef, and marinate for 30 minutes
- Heat the wok to medium-high, add 2 tablespoons oil, sear the beef on both sides until browned, and remove the beef from the wok.
- Heat the wok again, add 2tablespoons oil, add sliced garlic, stir garlic for 10 seconds
- Add cooked beef into the wok again, stir with garlic and broccoli
- Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes and add 3 tablespoons water and cover the wok for 1 minute
- Uncover the wok, remove the heat, and put it into the plate
